	Mike Zubik: General Manager Mike is a self proclaimed foodie, with extensive knowledge in the restaurant industry. Mike's positive attitude and fresh ideas are what Sebago Brewing Company is all about. When not at the restaurant you might find him milling around the brewery looking for samples of Runabout Red Ale.			Marianna Henry: Bar Manager Marianna is focused on her guests and staff. She takes everyone's needs seriously and translates them into a fun experience. She will often be seen talking with all of the industry people in the restaurant. She is our resident mixologist and enjoys coming up with new creative infusions and cocktails!

	Allison Forrest: Service Manager Allison has 12 years of experience in Southern Maine restaurants and was originally a regular at our Scarborough pub before coming on board in April of 2011. She enjoys spending time with her neices and nephews and is a huge New England sports fan - Go Sox!			Rudy Vivar: Kitchen Manager Rudy has been in the restaurant biz for over 12 years in Maine and has a degree in the Culinary Arts. He enjoys a Slick Nick Winter Ale when you find him after a shift. His passions in life are food, music, and the outdoors. We are lucky to have his talent in our Scarborough kitchen!
