Early Summer Small Batch
Summer is off to a sweet start with a big variety of small batch beers.
Gallagher is a new watermelon wheat ale that’s crushable yet crisp. Its clean wheat character gives a balanced body for the watermelon botanical notes that make this beer decidedly summer-y. (Gallagher does not contain watermelon.)
The new Mexican-style Lager — aptly named Mexican-style Lager — is our take on the easy-drinking classic. Traditional malt and restrained hop combinations make this Lager muy refreshing. The question is: with or without lime?
Pew Pew Pils is a West Coast-style Pilsner that’s hopped with refined, ripe citrusy hops while still maintaining its crisp lager feel. Named for the classic Star Wars blaster onomatopoeia, Pew Pew Pils is another beer to honor our brewers’ nerd roots.
And finally, new Hazy IPA alert! One Fell Swoop is boldly hoppy with hints of juicy fruits, citrus rind, and tropical temptations. One Fell Swoop was hopped multiple times with multiple intense hop products — Citra Cryo, Citra DynaBoost, Galaxy T-90, Strata HyperBoost! — and multiple hopping methods. In other words, NOT one fell swoop.
Gallagher, Mexican-style Lager, Pew Pew Pils, One Fell Swoop, and all small batch beers are available on draft at select Sebago Brewing locations. Don’t forget to check what’s pouring before you go!
