We are fired up to tell everyone about some new specials in our brewpubs and a special new beer in stores! This football season we’ve teamed up with Hannaford Supermarkets to showcase local craft beer and simple beer and food pairings. Hannaford Chef’s Table is a program where local star chefs create recipes that cooks at home can make — but we took it a step further.
Our brewers worked with Hannaford and their chefs to create a beer that was deliciously hazy, paired well with the recipes, and had a low enough ABV to be sessionable. That’s how Freshie Seshie was born.
Hannaford Chef Dorene Mills and Chef Kerry Altiero, founder of Cafe Miranda (and the 2019 Maine Chef of the Year)! created a few dishes that are easy to make and will impress your guests. Check out the mozzarella stuffed meatball gyros, five spice pulled pork bahn mi, and grainless garbanzo tabbouleh (for your vegan friends). Click here to tailgate like a chef.
And if you don’t feel like cooking, all three Chef’s Table dishes are available at all Sebago locations. Pair it with a can (or two) of Freshie Seshie, of course.
