Casablanca Dreamin’

Casablanca Dreamin’ was brewed collaboratively with our friends from Crosby Hops. Its name is a nod to the West Coast (California Dreamin’ by the Mamas & Papas) and Portland Maine’s famed Casablanca party boat which has been used for both Sebago Brewing and Crosby Hops events in years past.

It is a West Coast IPA featuring Centennial, Idaho7, Meridian, and Crosby Estate grown Comet. Brewed with Golden Promise and old school kettle hopping additions followed by two rounds of dry hopping with the same cast of hops.
