Fell & Found

Fell & Found is a collaboration between Scratch Baking (So. Portland), Coffee by Design (Portland), and Sebago Brewing Co. This brainchild of Kevin Depot uses an old traditional technique of incorporating leftover bread into the mash adding bready aromas while also increasing the body and fermentability of the beer. After the boil, the wort was steeped with cascara which gives the beer its distinctive color and herbal characteristics. This distinctive brew was crafted to be filled with nuanced flavors and unique aromas.
