Mode de Peche
This farmhouse ale was fermented in pinot noir barrels and aged with Brettanomyces on fresh peaches from Pietree Orchard in Sweden, ME. After sitting in barrels for close to a year the results are a pleasantly tart beer with fruit and wine notes. This batch is part of an ongoing series of fruited barrel ferments.
