So Long, and Thanks for All the Mash

This traditional English-style pale ale uses a special batch of malt from Briess Malting Co, our major malt supplier. “Last Call Malt” was the final batch from their now decommissioned malthouse, and it was created to be rich & nutty which lends itself to making an authentic English ale. The English Target hops drive home the difference between American & English pale character.

The name is a reference to the Hitch Hiker’s Guide to the Galaxy series, authored by the Englishman Douglas Adams.
