Hoppy Barrel Project
The End is Beer
This beer starts with Belgian pale malt with some added white wheat and flaked oats. After primary fermentation it sat in Pinot Noir barrels for 3 months. Only after its time spent in the barrels did it receive a heavy dose of strong fruit forward hops. This project creatively uses on hand items in a different order to create something unique.
No matter what the outcome, the end is beer.
