BoddingTims Pub Ale is Tim Bissell’s take on the Manchester, England classic, “Boddington’s Pub Ale”. A moderately amped-up English-style bitter, this beer was designed to showcase the delicate balance between sweet and bitter that defines English-style ales. A range of light toasted British malts build the body and provide a honey-like sweetness as a restrained addition of American hops bring just enough herbal bitterness to refresh the palate and lead you into your next sip of this highly quaffable ale that was brewed for Tims like these!

The classic German gose style is rooted in its tart and subtly salty character. We’ve used a diverse range of ingredients to create our fruited version of this unique style. Tangerine, Himalayan pink salt, London ale yeast, coriander, and cultured lactobacillus are used together to create complex fruity flavors and aromas with a hint of salt yielding a tart quenching mouthfeel.

Amber color, malty backbone, and grassy hop notes make it no other.

This bold West Coast IPA is highly hopped exclusively with Stata at 3 pounds per barrel. The wide range of aromas and flavors that Strata  contributes makes this single hop IPA full of character

Sebago Blue is light bodied ale that delivers a crisp burst of Maine blueberry. It’s made with Wyman’s of Maine and a blend of hops that are notable for their berry-like aroma and flavors. Sebago Blue has plenty of berry character matched with its refreshing ale body to hit the right spot between berries and beer.

This stout was brewed with the warmer temperatures of Summer in
mind. The classic Irish-style nitro stout is easy to drink and enjoy as
the days get longer.

Dolcita is a New England IPA featuring concentrated Dolcita hop oils and potent Galaxy and Simcoe hops to create a heavily hazed IPA bursting  with citrus, tropical, and candied stone-fruit character.

Streets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece”– Oh, the streets of Rome are filled with rubble Ancient footprints are everywhere You can almost think that you’re seein’ double On a cold, dark night on the Spanish stairs– Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.

Mango Dragon is an ale fermented with two different cultures and two different fruits creating a lightly sweet and tart boldly tropical punch-style ale. The mango and dragon fruit create fruit-forward punch flavors and the color from the freeze dried dragon fruit makes the beer a stunning red.

Princess Vespa starts with a simple base that has been assertively hopped with Centennial and Strata NUVO to bring in bold pine, floral, and ripe fruit aromas to an otherwise light bodied lager. It’s served young to preserve and present the hops at their peak.
