Oregon On My Mind
Hoppy Cream Ale5.4 ABV25 IBUSebago Brewing Company is part of a select set of brewery partners working with Oregon-based Crosby Hops for a practical application of a new variety of hop they developed and are interested in scaling up. Once experimental hops are determined to have flavors and aromas that brewers like while also having the right growing traits to be success on an agricultural level it will be given a proper name and then introduced on a larger scale. This hoppy cream ale is brewed with corn as well the 3rd variety of experimental hops from Crosby. It drinks refreshingly smooth and crisp after 6 weeks of lagering.
