What’s Pouring

It Takes a Village is a nitro version of the classic English dark mild ale. Dark milds are characterized by low gravity and ease of drinking which is further enhanced by the nitro’s smooth mouthfeel. The use of British dark malts give a gentle toasted notes combined with restrained hopping provides
pleasing bitterness.

Racking My Brain is the result of meticulous fermentation, blending and aging. Saddleback wort has been fermented with multiple strains of brett in wine barrels. After almost of year in the barrels, fresh raspberries from Goss Berry Farm (Mechanic Falls, ME) are added and the aging continued. Each gallon of beer has over 1# of fruit in it resulting in a dry, tart, refreshing fruit beer.

Amber color, malty backbone, and grassy hop notes make it no other.

This bold West Coast IPA is highly hopped exclusively with Stata at 3 pounds per barrel. The wide range of aromas and flavors that Strata  contributes makes this single hop IPA full of character

Our session IPA, Simmer Down, is relaxing and crushable.

As Per My Last Pale is just touching base to let you know that we circled-back and double dry-hopped this light-bodied ale as discussed at the last meeting. El Dorado and Mosaic were all present at each scheduled hopping. We hope this Extra Pale Ale has found you well. Regards, -MGMT

Sebago Blue is light bodied ale that delivers a crisp burst of Maine blueberry. It’s made with Wyman’s of Maine and a blend of hops that are notable for their berry-like aroma and flavors. Sebago Blue has plenty of berry character matched with its refreshing ale body to hit the right spot between berries and beer.

Galactica is a single hop New England pale ale made with Galaxy hops. Galaxy is known for its powerful tropical notes like passionfruit, citrus, & peach. This Australian hop’s aroma’s go perfectly with New England pale ales and IPAs.

Lake Trout Stout is a Sebago classic. A midnight black full-bodied nitro stout that is brewed with oatmeal and plenty of hops to balance the roasted barley. Our stout is an experience that tastes the same way it looks – dark and rich.

Celebrate is inspired by the classic strong IPA’s of the West Coast, particularly one that is released annually around the holidays. It’s notable for its simple but bold hop and malt character. SBC Brewer Alex Upton lead the charge on making this brewers’ favorite style.

Streets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece”– Oh, the streets of Rome are filled with rubble Ancient footprints are everywhere You can almost think that you’re seein’ double On a cold, dark night on the Spanish stairs– Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.

Pure Guava was created by Sebago’s tenured team member Matt. It’s inspired by his appreciation for the Ween album of the same name and the tropical flavors that are characteristic of juicy double IPA’s. The intense flavors and aromas come from bold Simcoe and Strata hops with an additional boost from a new hop botanical extract to deliver on the guava promise the name suggests.
