Named after the famed storm trooper from A New Hope, this beer honors our nerd roots, but despite its callsign it is not an imperial stout. TK-421 is a dry, crisp, with roasted notes – a stout for the spring season. Maybe we’ll hang onto some for May the Fourth…

This sour ale was fermented in pinot noir barrels and aged with Brettanomyces with sweet & sour cherries. After sitting in barrels for over a year the results are a pleasant tart beer with fruit and wine notes. Although the cherries used came from away, this ale is named after the Cherry Hill Trail system on the property behind the brewery.

This bold West Coast IPA is highly hopped exclusively with Stata at 3 pounds per barrel. The wide range of aromas and flavors that Strata  contributes makes this single hop IPA full of character

Turkey’s Pick shares its name with the special blend of hops provided by New Zealand’s Hop Revolution. Named after their lab & sensory space “The Turkey’s Nest”, Turkey’s Pick is a powerhouse “bespoke blend” of the three best-of-show lots per harvest that’s hand-selected at their Tapawera headquarters by a cadre of their most astute NZ brewers.

Our session IPA, Simmer Down, is relaxing and crushable.

Our juiciest hazy New England IPA. Bold, juicy, citrus flavor.

Crisp, clean, and all malt. A salute to the traditional European lager.

Amber color, malty backbone, and grassy hop notes make it no other.

Last year we brewed Hell Awaits to commemorate our 666th batch on our present 40 barrel brewhouse. Most of it has already been served, but we set some aside in Sazerak rye whisky barrels for this special release. This barrel aged version has all the bold notes of the original Hell Awaits imperial porter, but boosted with the toasted wood character of the barrels and baking spice qualities from the rye whisky.

Our classic American brown ale features smooth caramel malts balanced with roasted malt flavors that make this a full-flavored beer that is easy to enjoy and goes great with food.

Streets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece”– Oh, the streets of Rome are filled with rubble Ancient footprints are everywhere You can almost think that you’re seein’ double On a cold, dark night on the Spanish stairs– Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.

Big juicy American hops burst from this West Coast Double IPA. Whistle Punk has an abundance of tropical fruit and citrus aroma and flavor from the great hop blend. Expect a huge hop punch and an aromatic blast.

Our 2022 Barley Eine is aged for 10 months in a selection of bourbon barrels from Widow Jane and Woodford Reserve. It boasts bold flavors from the marriage of beer and barrels that are not for the faint of heart.

This sour beer was fermented with the juice of Maine grown cranberries. It was later aged in pinot noir and gin barrels for more than half a year. Great for the holidays and beyond.
