Pop’s Otter
Nitro ESB5.3 ABV37 IBUPop’s Otter is named after a combination of the yeast and malt used in this English-style nitro ESB. The malt base is made from the classic English Maris Otter and it is fermented with Lutra – a Norwegian Kviek yeast. The British (European) otter’s scientific name is lutra lutra. Somehow this makes sense as a beer name? Pop’s Otter has the telltale marks of an ESB with added smoothness from being served on nitro.

Cherry Hill Trail
Barrel Fruited Sour6.5 ABV20 IBUThis sour ale was fermented in wine barrels with three Brettanomyces stains for over a year, and then went through a secondary fermentation with sweet cherries for an additional eight months. The extended aging with brett strains and yeasts results in a pleasant tart beer with fruit and wine notes. Although the cherries used came from away, this ale is named after the Cherry Hill Trail system on the property behind the brewery.
