Ripple Ruby is a nitro classic English mild ale. It’s easy to drink while still having body and flavor to keep it interesting.

The classic German gose style is rooted in its tart and subtly salty character. We’ve used a diverse range of ingredients to create our fruited version of this unique style. Tangerine, Himalayan
pink salt, London ale yeast, coriander, and cultured lactobacillus are used together to create complex fruity flavors and aromas with a hint of salt yielding a tart quenching mouthfeel.

Stratisfied has qualities of West Coast IPA’s that we love, but with different hopping techniques, modern concentrated hop technology, and a newer hop variety). It’s boldly hopped at 3/lbs per barrel with Strata hops giving it the classic sticky hop kick in the mouthfeel with the tropical fruit, berry, and candied notes associated with newer hop varieties.

Streets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece”

Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.

Originally brewed over a decade ago, Trekker Pale Ale is a cycling inspired pale ale brewed to help support thirsty riders on the annual Trek Across Maine. This beer has a classic American pale ale malt base and is bursting Cascade, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Juicy citrus, fruity, with notes of pine and melon.

Amber color, malty backbone and grassy hop notes make it a red like no other.

Hazy, but not too hazy. Smooth flavor with classic and new school hops.

This is Sebago’s take on the classic Mexican-style lager. Traditional malt and restrained hop combinations drive this straightforward refreshing and easy to enjoy lager. Drinkers’ choice of lime (¿con limón?) – brewers plan on doing the research with and without.

This crushable Ale is clear and dry with the perfect amount of hop.

This IPA is named as a homage to comedian Nate Bargatze’s “One Fell Swoop” bit. As in his bit, one fell swoop is used inaccurately to define how this beer has been hopped – instead
it has been hopped multiple times with multiple intense hop products and multiple hopping methods producing an intensely hoppy IPA. Please enjoy multiple One Fell Swoops in one fell
swoop.

Maine Blueberry is light bodied ale that delivers a crisp burst of Maine blueberry. It’s made with Wyman’s of Maine and a blend of hops that are notable for their berry-like aroma and flavors. Maine Blueberry has plenty of berry character matched with its refreshing ale body to hit the right spot between berries and beer.

Named after the famed storm trooper from A New Hope, this beer honors our nerd roots, but despite its callsign it is not an imperial stout. TK-421 is a dry, crisp, with roasted notes – a
stout for the upcoming spring season.

Our 2025 Barleywine is aged for 10 months in a selection of bourbon barrels from Widow Jane and Heaven Hills. It boasts bold flavors from the marriage of beer and barrels that are not for the faint of heart.
