Our session IPA, Simmer Down, is relaxing and crushable.

Amber in color, malty backbone and grassy hop notes make it a red like no other.

Stratisfied has qualities of West Coast IPA’s that we love, but with different hopping techniques, modern concentrated hop technology, and a newer hop variety). It’s boldly hopped at 3/lbs per barrel with Strata hops giving it the classic sticky hop kick in the mouthfeel with the tropical fruit, berry, and candied notes associated with newer hop varieties.

Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.

Sail On Saison is Alex’s take on a Belgian saison brewed with a touch of sweet orange peel, honey, and coriander. It’s quite dry and refreshing with soft finish that these yeasts are known for. Perfect for late summer vibes.

Past Paths uses bold Chinook and Amarillo along with trusty Centennial hops to create the pine and ripe fruit aromas characteristic of IPAs before the Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe hop craze took hold.

Sebago Brewing Company is part of a select set of brewery partners working with Oregon-based Crosby Hops for a practical application of a new variety of hops they developed and are interested in scaling up.  Once experimental hops are determined to have flavors and aromas that brewers like while also having the right growing traits to be success on an agricultural level it will be given a proper name and then introduced on a larger scale.

This hoppy cream ale is brewed with corn as well the 3rd variety of experimental hops from Crosby. It drinks refreshingly smooth and crisp after 6 weeks of lagering.

Sebago Blue is light bodied ale that delivers a crisp burst of Maine blueberry. It’s made with Wyman’s of Maine and a blend of hops that are notable for their berry-like aroma and flavors.
Sebago Blue has plenty of berry character matched with its refreshing ale body to hit the right spot between berries and beer.

This beer is named for Sam Morton who does the hard labor of maintaining an amazing amount of the trail work for Greater Portland Chapter of the New England Mountain Bike Association.
Damn Sam is made with all Maine grown and malted grains and a potent blend of hops from away.

Hyper Pale is made with a new Strata hop extraction from Yakima Chief Hops called HyperBoost. This process helps deliver the bold berry and candy qualities that the Strata hop is known for. We’ve also added Citro Cyro hops to bring in big citrus notes that work well with the New England yeast strain picked for this beer.

The Classic German gose style is rooted in it’s tart and subtly salty character. We’ve used peaches, apricots, coriander, and sea salt along with Maine malted wheat and cultured lactobacillus to create complex fruity notes with a hint of salt yielding a sweet yet tart quenching mouthfeel

BoddingTims Pub Ale is Tim Bissell’s take on the Manchester, England classic, “Boddington’s Pub Ale”. A moderately amped-up English-style bitter, this beer was designed to showcase the delicate balance between sweet and bitter that defines English-style ales. A range of light toasted British malts build the body and provide a honey-like sweetness as a restrained addition of American hops bring just enough herbal bitterness to refresh the palate and lead you into your next sip of this highly quaffable ale that was brewed for Tims like these!

This stout was brewed with the warmer temperatures of Spring and Summer in mind. The classic Irish-style nitro stout is easy to drink and enjoy as the days get longer.

Our 2024 Barleywine is aged for 10 months in a selection of bourbon barrels from Widow Jane and Haven Hills. It boasts bold flavors from the marriage of beer and barrels that are not for the faint of heart.
