Maine’s legendary IPA. Take the leap!

Hazy, but not too hazy. Smooth flavor with classic and new school hops.

Pure Guava was created by Sebago’s tenured team member Matt. It’s inspired by his appreciation for the Ween album of the same name and the tropical flavors that are characteristic of juicy double IPA’s. The intense flavors and aromas come from bold Simcoe and Strata hops with an additional boost from a new hop botanical extract to deliver on the guava promise the name suggests.

Our session IPA, Simmer Down, is relaxing and crushable.

Amber in color, malty backbone and grassy hop notes make it a red like no other.

Originally brewed over a decade ago, Trekker Pale Ale is a cycling inspired pale ale brewed to help support thirsty riders on the annual Trek Across Maine. This beer has a classic American pale ale malt base and is bursting Cascade, Citra, and Mosiac hops. Juicy, fruity, with notes of pine and melon.

Stratisfied has qualities of West Coast IPA’s that we love, but with different hopping techniques, modern concentrated hop technology, and a newer hop variety). It’s boldly hopped at 3/lbs per barrel with Strata hops giving it the classic sticky hop kick in the mouthfeel with the tropical fruit, berry, and candied notes associated with newer hop varieties.

Old Meets New is inspired by a well-known pale ale from the West Coast. It’s notable for its old but bold hop: Cascade. This recipe uses the traditional hop in a newer concentrated form to bring out its citrus and floral character. SBC Brewer Alex Upton lead the charge on making this brewers’ classic style.

Originally brewed in collaboration with our packaging crew to help celebrate twenty years of all things Sebago Brewing, Pack in the Day Double IPA is now Back in the Day. Packed with
distinctive hop varieties from start to finish, this haze forward NEIPA does not disappoint. Juicy and refreshing.

Lil Buzzy is our latest low-cal IPA, made with a new hop botanical extract that delivers extremely potent hop character to an already hoppy beer. This quick and easy drinking beer has the
more aroma and flavors than beers twice its size while keeping the ABV low. It is bursting with aromas of peach candies, ripe tropical fruit, and grapefruit zest.

Streets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece”

Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.

Sebago Brewing Company is part of a select set of brewery partners working with Crosby Hops for a practical application of a new variety of hop they developed and interested in scaling up.  Once experimental hops are determined to have flavors and aromas that brewers like while also having the right growing traits to be success on an agricultural level it will be given a proper name and then introduced on a larger scale.

Sebago Brewing Company is part of a select set of brewery partners working with Oregon-based Crosby Hops for a practical application of a new variety of hop they developed and are interested in scaling up.

Once experimental hops are determined to have flavors and aromas that brewers like while also having the right growing traits to be success on an agricultural level it will be given a proper name and then introduced on a larger scale.

This sour ale was fermented in wine barrels with three Brettanomyces stains for over a year, and then went through a secondary fermentation with sweet cherries for an additional
eight months. The extended aging with brett strains and yeasts results in a pleasant tart beer with fruit and wine notes. Although the cherries used came from away, this ale is named
after the Cherry Hill Trail system on the property behind the brewery.

Pop’s Otter is named after a combination of the yeast and malt used in this English-style nitro ESB. The malt base is made from the classic English Maris Otter and it is fermented with Lutra – a Norwegian Kviek yeast. The British (European) otter’s scientific name is lutra lutra. Somehow this makes sense as a beer name? Pop’s Otter has the telltale marks of an ESB with added smoothness from being served on nitro.

This stout was brewed with the warmer temperatures of Spring and Summer in mind. The classic Irish-style nitro stout is easy to drink and enjoy as the days get longer.

Our 2024 Barleywine is aged for 10 months in a selection of bourbon barrels from Widow Jane and Haven Hills. It boasts bold flavors from the marriage of beer and barrels that are not for the faint of heart.
