Small Batch is Springing

This spring, our brewers have hatched a wide variety of small batch beers. Their newest innovation is Oh My Darling, a Fruited Gose. The classic German Gose style is rooted in its tart and subtly salty character. The team used diverse ingredients to create our fruited version of this unique style: tangerine, Himalayan pink salt, London ale yeast, coriander, and cultured lactobacillus. The result is a beer with complex fruity flavors and a hint of salt. Plus an aroma that can only be described as “beermosa.”

Eldo Baggins is a single-hop IPA that’s made exclusively with El Dorado hops. The flavor is bold and ripe with shades of tropical fruit and candy. The brewers suggest that Eldo Baggins “pairs well with anything from the Green Dragon and puts hair on your feet.”

TK-421 is a Dry Nitro Stout, that looks dark and drinks crisp and clean. The flavor is slightly toasty with cocoa and caramel notes. Named after the famed Imperial storm trooper from Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope, this beer honors our brewers’ nerd roots. Please note that despite its callsign, it is not an imperial stout.
