Summer Small Batch

Our brewery team is always looking to innovate, and we’re happy to share the beers they’ve created so far this summer!

Pure Guava was created by our tenured team member Matt. He was inspired by the tropical flavors that are characteristic of juicy double IPAs — and the Ween album of the same name. The intense flavors and aromas come from bold Simcoe and Strata hops with an additional boost from a new hop botanical extract to deliver on the guava promise the name suggests.

Old Meets New is inspired by a well-known pale ale from the West Coast. It’s notable for its old but bold hop: Cascade. This recipe uses the traditional hop in a newer concentrated form to bring out its citrus and floral character. Sebago brewer Alex Upton led the charge on making this brewers’ classic style.

Gets Dark Late is a nitro Irish-style dry stout with notes of bread crust, cola, and cocoa. It was brewed with the warmer temperatures of summer in mind — easy to drink and sublime to savor, just like the longer days.
