Dark by 4 is our take on an English stout. Its roasted character is tempered with rich crystal malt and balanced hopping – all of which is enhanced by the nitro pour. Inspired by the long dark hours of Maine’s winter months.

Bring Out Your Red is longtime Sebago team member Matt’s take on a nitro red ale. It uses caramel malts and expressive base malts to build a bread-like malty sweetness that creates an exceedingly smooth bodied nitro ale.

Celebrate is inspired by the classic strong IPA’s of the West Coast, particularly one that is released annually around the holidays. It’s notable for its simple but bold hop and malt character. SBC Brewer Alex Upton lead the charge on making this brewers’ favorite style.

Amber color, malty backbone, and grassy hop notes make it no other.

Lil Buzzy is our latest low-cal IPA, made with a new hop botanical extract that delivers extremely potent hop character to an already hoppy beer. This quick and easy drinking beer has the more aroma and flavors than beers twice its size while keeping the ABV low. It is bursting with aromas of peach candies, ripe tropical fruit, and grapefruit zest.

Streets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece” Oh, the streets of Rome are filled with rubble Ancient footprints are everywhere. You can almost think that you’re seein’ double. On a cold, dark night on the Spanish stairs. Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.

Stratisfied has qualities of West Coast IPA’s that we love, but with different hopping techniques, modern concentrated hop technology, and a newer hop variety). It’s boldly hopped at 3/lbs per barrel with Strata hops giving it the classic sticky hop kick in the mouthfeel with the tropical fruit, berry, and candied notes associated with newer hop varieties.

Brewed by Packaging Team Member Gavin Thomas. Gavin was inspired by his love of 90’s NBA basketball, basketball video games and hazy hop bombs when coming up with the concept for Double Dribble DIPA.

This beer has extra hop character from the use of several types of concentrated hops. Amarillo CGX, Citra Cryo, & Simcoe Cryo are created using liquid nitrogen to remove leafy material from the normal hop pellets. It also contains Citra Dynaboost, a new highly concentrated pourable hop oil enriched extract.

Our 2025 Barleywine is aged for 10 months in a selection of bourbon barrels from Widow Jane and Heaven Hills. It boasts bold flavors from the marriage of beer and barrels that are not for the faint of heart.

Club NUVO was brewed in collaboration with he Technical Committee of Maine Brewers Guild & Crosby Hops showcasing their newly developed product CGX NUVO in which fresh wet hops are “frozen in time” with liquid NItrogen. Cold IPA’s are fermented with lager yeast but served young bypassing the extended aging of standard lagers. Club NUVO is bursting with wet/fresh hop oils that are typically only found in beers during harvest times close to where hops are grown.

Racking My Brain is the result of meticulous fermentation, blending and aging. Saddleback wort has been fermented with multiple strains of brett in wine barrels. After almost a year in the barrels, fresh raspberries from Goss Berry Farm (Mechanic Falls, ME) are added and the aging continued. Each gallon of beer has over 1# of fruit in it resulting in a dry, tart, refreshing fruit beer.
