Lake Trout Stout is a Sebago classic. A midnight black full-bodied nitro stout that is brewed with oatmeal and plenty of hops to balance the roasted barley. Our stout is an experience that tastes the same way it looks – dark and rich.

It Takes a Village is a nitro version of the classic English dark mild ale. Dark milds are characterized by low gravity and ease of drinking which is further enhanced by the nitro’s smooth mouthfeel. The use of British dark malts give a gentle toasted notes combined with restrained hopping provides pleasing bitterness.

Our session IPA, Simmer Down, is relaxing and crushable.

Hazy, but not too hazy. Smooth flavor with classic and new school hops.

Sebago Blue is light bodied ale that delivers a crisp burst of Maine blueberry. It’s made with Wyman’s of Maine and a blend of hops that are notable for their berry-like aroma and flavors. Sebago Blue has plenty of berry character matched with its refreshing ale body to hit the right spot between berries and beer.

Amber color, malty backbone, and grassy hop notes make it no other.

Pure Guava was created by Sebago’s tenured team member Matt. It’s inspired by his appreciation for the eclectic Ween album of the same name and the tropical flavors that are characteristic of juicy double IPA’s. The intense flavors and aromas come from bold Citra, Simcoe, and Strata hops with an additional boost from a new hop botanical extract to deliver on the guava promise the name suggests.

Streets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece” Oh, the streets of Rome are filled with rubble Ancient footprints are everywhere. Stratisfied has qualities of West Coast IPA’s that we love, but with different hopping techniques, modern concentrated hop technology, and a newer hop variety). It’s boldly hopped at 3/lbs per barrel with Strata hops giving it the classic sticky hop kick in the mouthfeel with the tropical fruit, berry, and candied notes associated with newer hop varieties.

Spring Sprang Sprung is a single hop New England pale ale made with a bold amount of Mosaic Cryo. The simple malt bill gives this dynamic hop the opportunity to show its range of citrus and tropical characteristics.

Eldo Baggins is a single hop IPA made exclusively with El Dorado
hops. Pairs well with anything from the Green Dragon & puts
hair on your feet.

The classic German gose style is rooted in its tart and subtly salty character. We’ve used a diverse range of ingredients to create our fruited version of this unique style. Tangerine, Himalayan pink salt, London ale yeast, coriander, and cultured lactobacillus are used together to create complex fruity flavors and aromas with a hint of salt yielding a tart quenching mouthfeel.
