This stout was brewed with the warmer temperatures of Summer in
mind. The classic Irish-style nitro stout is easy to drink and enjoy as
the days get longer.

Ripple Ruby is a nitro classic English mild ale. It’s easy to drink while still having body and flavor to keep it interesting.

Our session IPA, Simmer Down, is relaxing and crushable.

Hazy, but not too hazy. Smooth flavor with classic and new school hops.

Princess Vespa starts with a simple base that has been assertively hopped with Centennial and Strata NUVO to bring in bold pine, floral, and ripe fruit aromas to an otherwise light bodied lager. It’s served young to preserve and present the hops at their peak.

Sebago Blue is light bodied ale that delivers a crisp burst of Maine blueberry. It’s made with Wyman’s of Maine and a blend of hops that are notable for their berry-like aroma and flavors. Sebago Blue has plenty of berry character matched with its refreshing ale body to hit the right spot between berries and beer.

Amber color, malty backbone, and grassy hop notes make it no other.

This IPA is named as a homage to comedian Nate Bargatze’s “One Fell Swoop” bit. As in his bit, one fell swoop is used inaccurately to define how this beer has been hopped – instead it has been hopped multiple times with multiple intense hop products and multiple hopping methods producing an intensely hoppy IPA. Please enjoy multiple One Fell Swoops in one fell swoop.

Streets of Rome is an Italian-style pilsner referencing the iconic “When I Paint my Masterpiece” Oh, the streets of Rome are filled with rubble Ancient footprints are everywhere. You can almost think that you’re seein’ double. On a cold, dark night on the Spanish stairs. Inspired by Head Brewer Rusty Packer’s time in the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome.

Stratisfied has qualities of West Coast IPA’s that we love, but with different hopping techniques, modern concentrated hop technology, and a newer hop variety). It’s boldly hopped at 3/lbs per barrel with Strata hops giving it the classic sticky hop kick in the mouthfeel with the tropical fruit, berry, and candied notes associated with newer hop varieties.

Named for the classic Star Wars blaster onomatopoeia – this is another beer to honor our nerd roots. This is the pils you’re looking for. West Coast pilsners are known for being hopped like IPAs while maintaining the crisp lager characteristics.

Dock Party is an IPA brewed for our friends at the Long Island Bakehouse in Casco Bay. They’ll be having a party this summer to commission their new pier (more of a pier party) – piers and beers! The clean base in this IPA comes from extra pale pilsner malts and features potent Amarillo, Centennial, and Simcoe hops with the special addition of Chinook NUVO: a new hop processing technique that delivers the unique fresh-hop experience with hops from away.

The classic German gose style is rooted in its tart and subtly salty character. We’ve used a diverse range of ingredients to create our fruited version of this unique style.
