You know when you’re at the movies and you see a preview for something you’ve been waiting for? You lean over to your friend in the seat next to you and whisper loudly, “I can’t wait to see this!” Well, here’s a sneak peek at Sebago Brewing’s new tasting room! It will feature a wood fired oven and full-service open kitchen offering wood fired pizza, creative sandwiches and unique entrees, all focused on locally sourced ingredients. Naturally, the menu will be beer-centered and will change as often as our beers do. With 16 taps we’ll always have your favorites available, but we’ll frequently rotate in the latest offerings from our new pilot brewhouse. If that’s not enough, we’ll also have regional distilled spirits and select wines.
And in case you were wondering, our brewpub in Gorham is not closing! The neighborhood institution is staying right where it is. (There’s a reason MaineToday described it as “a solid choice whenever you want something fun, fast and easy.”)
Stay tuned for more previews of our new destination brewery in Gorham. It opens to the public in early March and will be open for tours and dining seven days a week.
